This notice explains what we do with your information when you join the TableTennisMate waitlist. We are still pre-launch, so the only thing we ask for is the email address you choose to give us.

1. What we collect

  • Your email address, which you give us when you join the waitlist.
  • Basic technical information your browser sends automatically when you visit (such as IP address, device, and browser type), used only to keep the site secure and working.

2. How we use it

  • To email you when TableTennisMate launches, and to send the occasional pre-launch update.
  • That is it. We do not use your email for anything else, and we never sell or rent it.

3. Who we share it with

  • We use Kit (ConvertKit) to store waitlist sign-ups and send our emails. Your email is processed by Kit on our behalf under their privacy terms.
  • We may disclose information if we are legally required to.

4. Keeping and deleting your data

  • We keep your email until you unsubscribe, or until launch, when we may invite you to create an account (only with your consent).
  • You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or ask us to delete your details by emailing privacy@tabletennismate.com.

5. Cookies

  • This pre-launch page uses only the essential cookies needed to display the site. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies here.

6. Your rights

  • Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
  • To exercise any of these, email privacy@tabletennismate.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to this notice

  • We may update this notice as we get closer to launch. The latest version will always live on this page.
